PUBLIC COMMENT AT VILLAGE BOARD MEETINGS
Citizen participation is welcome at all Board meetings. At each regular meeting, time is reserved for those who may wish to address the Board on any matter and is referred to as Public Comment on the Agenda. Any person wishing to address the Board should clearly state their name and address for the record. Comments will be limited to five(5) minutes.
No public comment, other than that set forth above, shall be allowed unless requested by a Trustee. If you wish to have the Board consider a specific proposal at a regular meeting, please contact the Village Clerk to request that the matter be placed upon the Agenda. Your request should be made no later than ten(10) days prior to the next monthly meeting. At the time that your request is placed, you must give your name, address, and the content of the matter to be addressed.
